Return Process

  Log into your account or use our returns portal to submit a request with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original Silayi Pret tags and packaging to be eligible for processing.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original box and attach the provided return shipping label to ensure the fashion pieces remain protected during transit.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
